The firm specializes in providing short term loans for residential and commercial investment real estate. With an asset based lending approach, underwriting is driven by common sense and sound investment real estate principles.
Streamline currently specializes in funding loans between $100K - $3MM. The firm has programs for land, residential property and commercial property including rehab / re-developments and new construction. The company's core focus is on the Central Texas Markets including the Austin & San Antonio MSA's. Streamline will look at select loans in the Dallas / Fort Worth and Houston Markets.
